Refund Policy

Please read our refund and security deposit rules carefully before taking connection.

1. Plan Payment Refund

Monthly plan payments once activated are generally non-refundable. Refund may be considered only in approved technical or company management cases.

2. Security Amount Refund

If the customer has paid a router/security deposit amount, the amount can be refunded after connection closure and device return, subject to inspection.

3. Router Damage Condition

In above cases, security amount will NOT be refunded.

4. Installation Charges

Installation charges, wiring charges or technician visit charges are non-refundable once work is completed.

5. Refund Process Time

Approved refunds may take 3 to 7 working days depending on payment method.
